On Sept. 30, I sold 3 toddler doll dresses as a single lot.
They were purchase for $9.99 and paid for. I mailed them promptly.
Unfortunately, I sent them to the incorrect person.
They were returned to me today.
I wish to send them to the correct buyer, with an apology and a discount.
Unfortunately, I can not find the buyer's name or address.
Nowhere I look - it's not there.
Wren I call eBay, I don't get any help at all.
I would really appreciate whatever help you can give me.
Thanks.
Carolyn Short
How can i rectify this error on my part.

On your Sold Items page, look in the Actions column for your item, and click the little Down Arrow to open the pulldown menu there. Near the bottom of the menu is an option for View Order Details. That will show your buyer's name and address.

@cshort0319 - Go to your mange all orders page. There each of your orders will be listed in the order sold. Go to the correct order you are looking for and click on the order number, directly above the photo of item sold. That will take you to the page showing your buyer's info. You can then send them a message explaining what occurred and go from there. Best of luck to you....
