99.9% certain it was posted in Community Platform Feedback forum and got moved after I posted.
(looks like the mods don't leave a breadcrumb in the original forum if a miscategorized post has a reply from what I can see. That has occurred 3 or 4 times now.)
I posted what I did because I had a somewhat useful answer, and the posting in wrong forums is happening far too often, and more so lately. (if I wasn't going to answer I would have ignored it as I do a dozen or more a day).
The word "feedback" in that forum name attracts feedback posts (and general eBay website complaints) just as the word "apps" in Tools & Apps seems to attract mobile app posts. Posters don't seem to read the forum descriptions, peruse the thread titles, or read any of the posts before posting - if they did they might look further for a more appropriate forum. Just answering the misplaced questions without chiding encourages the behavior, and ignoring the questions doesn't help them either. The mods only move about 75% of them (eventually, when they get around to their "sweeps" I assume).
