I can't leave feedback for a buyer

I have tried all the help, the instructions etc.  I have a buyer whom I want to leave feedback for.  No matter if I go to sold items in seller, or whatever else in seller hub....  All the instructions are useless.  I can't click on sold or orders.  It just brings  up the listing but there is no way to click on anything which brings up "leave feedback".  The only "feedback I can leave is about the website and frankly you don't want to hear it, as it is very uncomplimentary.

For the love of God can a real person give me instructions that work as to how I can actually leave feedback for my buyer.  This is the absolute last time I well ever use ebay again.  The process has been so difficult, this will be the last time I use eBay.

I don't want a link to more wrong information.  I need a person to respond who can tell me  how to make it work, not more incorrect "instructions" from your help link.

My ebay > Selling

Under "Orders" go to "Shipped and awaiting your feedback".

Select the transaction in question. 

Leave feedback.

If you do not see the transaction there, that means that you sold it 60 days ago and you can't leave feedback.

One of the easiest ways is to go to your own feedback page, scroll down and click on leave feedback.

I cannot leave feedback, either for sales from the past 2 weeks. I keep getting a " oh no were having a technical issue"  on the page with your orders - paid / shipped.

Yes, that's what the instructions say to do.  I can see it in shipped and awaiting your feedback.  I can select the item.  Then end, nothing beyond that.

I can click the check box.  I can click the item and open the listing. 

There is no option whatsoever (even right clicking on the item) to send feedback.  Nothing whatsoever.  Same goes for the "orders" selection in seller hub.  I can select the item, I can look at the listing.  I cannot find any way whatsoever to leave the feedback.  Nothing to click on.  No choice, no option.   It's a dead end.

I see the item there, just sold it last week.  It says I have no feedback to leave.  I haven't left any because there is no place to make that happen.  If I check my profile for feedback I left for others, there is none.  If I check the buyers profile for feedback left for others, the buyer hasn't left any for me either.

The only feedback that pops up is for sellers, nothing for buyers.
