I can't find where promoted listing setting on my listing page

I have been selling items for about 2 months. and keep seller level above.

I have no idea why there is no promoted listing activated.

Anybody can explain about it for me please?

Hi, on the Quick Listing tool, you will find Promoted Listings under the heading of "Sell it Faster". Click on the pencil icon to the right of the heading. This will take you to the page where you can set up to promote the listing. You will find "Sell it Faster" underneath the Preference settings as you scroll down.

In the Advanced Listing tool, promoted listings are on the bottom of the form. You can also access PL from your Seller Hub. Below is the information about Promoted Listings from eBay. It should be able to tell you whatever you need to know. Good luck.

Both ways are unavailable now. That's why I'm asking...

In the listing pages, I just can see "sell it faster"

and on the seller hub I have no promoted listing anywhere.

I guess some error has been occured, somebody help me please..! :~<

What listing tool are you using? Did you read the info in the above link? There are three ways to access Promoted Listing set-up, if you are eligible. And if you see the "Sell It Faster" heading in the listing tool, did you click on the pencil icon to the right of the heading? I'm sorry, I'm a little confused on exactly what you are asking.

If you are not seeing an avenue to use Promoted listings, it may be you are not eligible to utilize the program. Not every item or listing is available for Promoted Listings. From the link posted above:

"Promoted Listings is currently available to Above Standard and Top Rated eBay sellers with recent sales activity. Sellers can promote fixed price listings for most categories except Vehicles, Real Estate, Travel, and Everything Else categories. Auction and Auction Buy It Now listings are not eligible at this time. When you create a Promoted Listings campaign, only listings that are eligible for the service will appear in your selection view."
