I can't find a way to relist an item which shows 0 quantities. I have more items.

I can't believe there is no chat or telephone support available.

If your account has the "keep listings active when out of stock" option turned on -  add quantity to the existing listing in the Seller Hub or by revising the listing.

 or

If the listing has ended just click relist or sell similar on the listing itself and create the new listing (make sure you select correct quantity.)

** Unless of course the listing ended a long time ago...like more than 90 days...then you would need to create a new listing from scratch.

Both are available with eBay. I have found eBay support to be great. If you go to the Help page and scroll to the very bottom, you will see a chat box. If the bot cannot help you can ask to speak to a live agent. You can also call them during regular business hours. Just remember, eBay operates in the Pacific time zone.

Help is there. You just have to find the link ( https://www.ebay.com/help/call_us?type=ContactUs&topicId=4000 )

The OP doesn't need customer service, they just need to understand that they just have to revise the quantity of the listing (you can't "relist" a listing that is still active).

Re: I can't find a way to relist an item which shows 0 quantities. I have more items.

Tell us more about your listing.  Is it closed or is it still active.  If it is active, then you just need to edit it and adjust the quantity.  If it is a closed listing, then relist or sell similar, adjust the quantity and post it.

If it is something different.  Tell us more about the listing.

Because you don't know where to find it does not mean it doesn't exist.  It isn't hard to find, I'm unsure of where you have been looking.

**********************************************

On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.

I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.

Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

https://twitter.com/askebay

https://www.facebook.com/ebay

https://www.instagram.com/ebayforsellers/

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.

If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.

If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.
