I was having the same issue yesterday afternoon, I could put the tracking number in, and put who the carrier was, but when I tried to save it, the screen would just freeze. So I would back out and try again. It was time to go home, when I came back into work this morning, I was going to try again to add it, but it managed to capture it some time over night. I made a note of when I attempted, and when I looked this morning, and clicked on the tracking it showed it save it a little over 2 hours after I had tried to do it.
Hopefully it was just a temporary glitch.
