I apologize to the eBay team and everyone in the community for the mistake.

I had a payment item that lasted more than 5 days without any cancellations or shipping. Due to that my account was suspended. Although I've been punished for my mistake, I respect eBay for reconsidering my request and giving the account. I apologize for the inconvenience caused to the eBay team and everyone in the community. I will not repeat this mistake. Thank you all for letting me know.

E-Bay will not see your message here, unfortunately.

 

What is your current handling time?  Adjust it higher if shipping timely is an issue.

 

Buyers do not "see" your handling time in the listing, so using more than 3 days, likely deters sales.  Good luck!

No need to apologize.  Ebay CS seldom responds to these boards.  However, several veteran long time sellers have advised you not to sell coconut items...they are not something people need or even want unless they're feeding their goats.  They will probably be held up and denied at customs as well. You will lose money and this platform will not be  beneficial to your lively hood.  Please re-think your inventory and heed the advice from people who are experienced and know what  they are telling you.  You'll do better in  the long run.  Be safe, friend.

My current handling time is 5 days and I have no problem shipping on time. I did not think he would do this. I will be careful from now on. I respect your advice very much.
