My buyer and I have been exchanging messages all day as sparked up a good rapport and we require much correspondence for the multiple items purchased (at least dozen replies each so far), yet as I was responding again an error message appeared with 'oops user blocked' to which I (the seller) DID NOT initiate.
We are trying to work out timings for the final few items dispatch however I am not able to send them a message. We HAVE NOT exchanged a single bit of personal information, just discussed timings for dispatch and general chat.
My concern is that this buyer has paid for these items and as of our last message they were perfectly happy, which has left me super puzzled.
Any ideas why this may be or any potential solutions? I have checked my blocked users and this section is completely EMPTY of blocked users.
