An item shipped on 8/8/2020. Tracking number was entered on Paypal. Tracking info shows on ebay that item was delivered on 8/11/2020. A note on the item also states that the incorrect zip code was used. I used the zip code provided by the buyer and have receipt to prove it. Customer marked the item as received on the 14th. Payment is still on hold and conflicting notes state that it will be available within 1 day of delivery, another states that it would be available within 24 hours after buyer marked it as received. Yet another note states that funds will be available on the 24th of August. Which is it? I entered tracking info the same as I have before and had no issues. I assumed the buyer was to blame for the zip code issue but I have been told that it may not have been their doing. I want to talk to someone from ebay, but there is no working phone number and no posted hours for having them contact me. I want the hold removed from my payment since the item has been accepted by the buyer.
