I am running a sale but I have new items to list.

I want to know if new listings will automatically be included in the sale.  If so, I will have to adjust my pricing. 

Is there somewhere I can keep this from happening?

It depends how you set up your sale.

eBay made a recent change so if you set up for "all inventory" or entire categories, new items will automatically be added based on those rules.
