Banned movies?

I am a new seller who tried to list some horror movies. As soon as they went live they were delisted for violating ebay violence policy, but when I search ebay there are multiple sellers with the same titles. Why are mine being delisted?

Unsold listing got Vero Can't Delete The Item

I have an item that sold on a different platform, so my listing was ended on ebay, but we got a Vero on it in it's unsold status. Now I can't delete it? Anyone know how we can delete the item so it doesn't cause more problems?
