I am not able to make a counter offer.

A buyer made an offer for an item.  I am not able to get a window open to make a counter offer.  Anyone else have this problem?

What have you tried so far?  I was able to do that earlier today.  Have you tried another browser, or cleared your cache and cookies?

I got the offer at about 9:30 am and I still am not able to respond to it even now.  I am always using Safari for this account and never had this problem.  Thanks

Just got it to work.  I always respond to these offers through email as that is where I see them first.  I went directly to my eBay account, which also did not work earlier but this time I got it to respond so I do want to thank you for getting me to go at it a different way.  Have a great day.

Chrome on a Mac, I assume, since you mentioned Safari?  First, try Safari. Then try clearing your cache in Chrome if Safari works (or you can try that first): https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop
