I am going on vacation for 7 days, how can I globally notify my buyers in my open listings

I will be gone for 7 days and would like to let potential buyers know that I will not be able to ship during that period of time.  I have a bunch of listings and would like to find a way to make that known on all my listings at once.

Use 'Time Away' (Find in our 'my ebay- seller hub').

But know that most don't see the yellow banner that goes across stating 'this seller is away until blah blah' and you wind up with upset customers, negative feedback etc. If your items are Buy It Now only, best to check the box that says 'hide listings' (until you return).

☝️Yes to what  stainlessenginecovers stated.

If you do not want to risk any upset customers  and since you only have about 41 listings, you also may just de list them and relist them when you get back.

Hi @dr..sid . Here's the page about Time Away settings:

https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/selling-tools/time-away?id=5137

If you allow sales while away, make sure you read all the exclusions carefully.

Plan to have any auctions or offers end a week before you leave.

There's an option to set up an out of office auto-response within Time Away settings.

Keep in mind you're still responsible for handling any return requests, claims or payment disputes that are filed while you're away. If you won't have internet access to check in every day or two, I suggest setting up automated return rules. You can turn off the automation after you return.

No need to delist them, the OP can just hide the listings with Time Away, and they'll be ready to go without any new listing fees when they return from Time Away (that was mentioned earlier, but you seem to not have noticed that, so I figured I'd point it out again).
