hello i am trying to be a new seller on ebay. To list my first product, I fill in the product information and press the publish button. After clicking on the post button, a four-stage data processing form appears, and in the third step of this form, I get a blue error in the credit card add section. My cards are available for use abroad and there are no inconsistencies such as address and name. I've tried all the cards I have but I can't get rid of this error. Please help me
