For 12 years I have been selling on eBay. Not one customer lost money dealing with me during the 12 years. I have received numerous positive feedbacks, and maybe 3 complaints in 12 years.
I sell vintage clothing, and sometimes I get a return, which is normal. eBay is punishing me for returned items.
9 months ago I suffered with a broken hip. I had surgery to replace the hip joint. During that time shipping was delayed by a couple of days. I explained my medical condition to eBay caused the delay in shipping and my medical situation was ignored, and I have been punished ever since.
They take my money for a Premium Store and eBay refuses to give me the services I pay for.
I am a Cherokee Choctaw Treaty Indian. My Treaty guarantees me "unrestricted commerce". I notified eBay of my Treaty and my protect right to do unrestricted commerce, and eBay ignored my Treaty rights.

"I no longer enjoy selling on eBay"....and yet you still do by the listings still on eBay.
I feel your pain...but business is business...and personal problems usually are just personal problems.
Sounds harsh..I know and bringing up this and that...where who but us eBay sellers and buyers here can really do nothing.

Three complaints in 12 years? Are you sure? And is eBay punishing you for late shipments, or returns?
Regardless, your "treaty" doesn't provide the right to have whatever performance you want with no consequences or restrictions.

Please tell me what I said that was a "bit unfair". I did not say that eBay gives special treatment to members. I said they do not.
I did type an incorrect number of sellers...got ahead of myself typing again.

I was the one who gave an incorrect member number. My bad habit of thinking one thing and typing another. I apologize for this error.

Your treaty rights to "unrestricted commerce" just means you will be treated with the same amount (LACK) of respect and dignity (NONE) as the rest of us sellers and be held to the same standards we are. It does not mean you are entitled to special treatment. GOOD STUFF. LOL

“I am a Cherokee Choctaw Treaty Indian.”
Have searched a good bit online, but I have not been able to find such a treaty including these two tribes, jointly. Could you please send a link? I see many references to the Choctaw and Chickasaw Treaty, the Five Nations Treaty, etc. but none with Cherokee and Choctaw. Thank you.
