Did you mean:

I'LL GIVE YOU A ONCE N FOR ALL

we already knew it, but this latest email from ebay gives buyers permission to smash anything. fb never thought their day would come. ebay's day is coming where another site gets it right and listens. i'll give you this. i take as many pictures as i can of wrapping and the final package with label. it's a complete waste of time. the buyer took the product out and smashed the box. oh gosh damage!!! i want a free bee. the picture they send HAS A DIFFERENT RETURN ADDRESS THAN MINE. I LIVE IT CT. THE RETURN ADDRESS WAS FROM FLA. who do you think had to pay the refund when all it took was eyes and common sense to see the fraud? your day is coming ebay, get ready.

I'm confused.

Pictures can be of anything. Your pictures don't matter in the returns/refund process just like the buyer's pictures don't matter. That's not how ebay functions. There is no picture review process.

Did you refund someone because they sent you a picture of a smashed box? I definitely recommend not doing that.

boy you really are confused. they take item (a toy say), smash the outside box, take a picture and claim damage. that's all ebay goes by, are you kidding? wow, you haven't spent the last 5 yrs on the phone with ebay like i have defending myself.
