I think it is wrong to have a hyperlink on a listing to search for another sellers items. Especially for refurbished merchandise when your listing is for new product. I sell only new product and Ebay now has a hyperlink on my listing. Ebay advertises by offering refurbished product on my listing. It makes it look like my product is refurbished. Isnt that what your search engine is for? Why add a link to send a buyer away from my listing when we pay to list items?

What do you mean by a hyperlink?
Are you referring to the product ratings and reviews?

As an example. If you do a search for a vacuum. The listings come up. As you scroll down you will see some of the listings have a hyperlink that say something like: 28 new and refurbished units from $169.99. You click on the link and it brings you to another sellers items. Directing you away from my item or another seller. What I really don't like it make it seem like my item is also refurbished. When all my items are brand new.

I agree. It can get really strange when refurbished comes up on certain items, like hygiene ones.

that's usually a link to the Product/catalog Page........which will show all the items (that they find) of the same kind........ yours should show up on it.
