Is there a new way to view how many people and what usernames are part of the group who follows a seller on Ebay? It used to be a feature yet I don't see it anymore and it's nice to know who is following you. One reason this would be nice is you could identify customers you know and the items they are interested in. I appreciate anyone willing to help.
Thank you in advance!

You can only see how many followers you have, not who they are.

Due to privacy and other reasons, you can no longer see who your followers are, just how many.

Sadly, eBay took that feature away from Sellers, we used to be able to see who was following us. They sited "security reasons" when reality is something else. The act of "Following" another member is a conscious choice and eBay could easily post a warning if there were in fact security reasons.

eBay no longer allows identification to prevent sellers spamming them.

Then why even bother having them? No other site blocks your followers except eBay.

eBay has no interest in helping sellers.

Incorrect. FB marketplace also blocks followers.
"Then why even bother having them?" Are you seriously asking that question?

"eBay has no interest in helping me."
Fixed your sentence.
Just because you are miserable selling on eBay does not mean I am.
eBay goes out of its way to help me. All I have to do is maintain top rated plus status.
Sure, eBay has some serious shortcomings. But on balance I've navigated here pretty well.
Some smarts are definitely required, of course.
