I would bite the bullet and switch your listings to use Business Policies, and add a Shipping Policy to each listing. Once you do that, you can search your active listings by shipping policy, and edit all the listings that use that shipping policy by editing the policy itself.
I resisted business policies for years until I saw the light. It was one of those 'doh' moments where I realized I had been making it harder on myself for no reason.
