How to update tracking information?

When I marked my package as shipped eBay defaulted to USPS as the shipping company. I shipped the product with UPS. My only option is to print a new label and I don't see any option to add a tracking number manually. My payout is locked until I update with tracking information.

Was UPS the shipping option on the listing and is that what the buyer selected?

Did you print the UPS label through ebay?

If it's your Lorcana listing, you had it listed as USPS First Class shipping.

For that amount of money, you might want to upgrade to Priority (for the insurance coverage?) and you DEFINITELY want to use 'Signature Required', as required by eBay policy for transactions over $750 (or you'll have no seller protection against an INR claim)... assuming your accepted offer was for that much or more. Good luck.

ETA: Sorry... just read where you'd already shipped via UPS. Forget my USPS advice...
