Hello,
I recently declined three offers due to them being fishy. Each was made about 15-25 minutes apart, and the sellers offered WAY more than the item's worth. Two were created less than a day ago(so I declined), and the other was in Germany. I looked at that one's buyer feedback, and while most were in German, the few English ones said the same generic "TOP BUYER" or "GREAT BUYER" messages.
I've only sold 1 Item from a legit seller, so I wanted some more tips, so I don't get scammed. If there are any tips you all can give, it would be very appreciated.

As a new seller, you are a scam magnet. Of course any offer above your price is a scam. Do not communicate with any 'buyer' outside of Ebay, and beware of any fake emails telling you that you have been paid. And all buyers have only positive feedback because thats all that sellers can leave, means nothing.Block international bids by going to your buyer preferences in My Ebay. And dont fall for any 'buyer' asking you to enclose a gift card, its a scam.

If it's too good to be true, it's a scam attempt. Suggestion...Why not just list your items at a fixed "buy it now" price with immediate payment required checked off? No best offers either or you will continue attract these sport bidders who don't or won't pay. PS All buyers have positive feedback.
New sellers are total scam targets. Many fall for the them and wind up loosing everything. Protect yourself. You're here to make money, not chase it.
Good luck and happy selling.

You're selling items with generally known average values, so decide what you want to get for each, and list it as Fixed Price only, with no Make Offer and with the Immediate Payment Required (IPR) checkbox selected. (It's in the Preferences section of the Listing form.) That way no one can snatch your item off the market without actually paying you for it first.
(Make Offer currently allows scammers to bypass the IPR setting, which is why you are getting preposterous offers to lure you in that direction.)
