Counterfeiters keep listing products and using my UPC code as their upc code so my reviews show up on their fake listing.
This also means that on my listing, it shows the fake products as "All listings for this product" or
"More options for this product" or "3 new & refurbished from $11.89".

Is it an item that you made and got a UPC code for it, or is it the UPC codes on the items you buy to resell?

If you are the manufacturer, or know the manufacturer, you (or they) can join VERO and report the offenders. Ebay will act on VERO reports. http://pages.ebay.com/seller-center/listing/create-effective-listings/vero-program.html
Here's a good article: https://www.thebalance.com/watching-for-copycats-and-counterfeiters-with-vero-1140368

At the top of this page (seller's forum) is a pinned notice for the 'Product Catalogue' discussion board.
Get your links, screen shots and other info together, go over there and "talk" to Syedhaq - Syed. He might be able to help or advise.

Thank you, I have sent many to the vero program. I'm trying to get them to remove the fakes from my upc now...I'm waiting to hear back if they will do this.

Hi, we designed and manufacture our own brand of products.
We purchased our own upc codes.
(We do not resell anything)
Thank you

There is no way to stop people from using your UPC codes, since anyone who buys from you has the legal right to resell the item, and is allowed to identify the item with the correct UPC.
You’ll have to continue reporting the counterfeits.

These counterfeiters aren't buying them from me...they're making their own fake/cheap versions and simply listing them using my upc code.
ebay doesn't have a solution to "lock" a listing down to prevent fake/counterfeiters from selling fakes?!?!
I have a new fake on my listing today...they stole my images...listed under my upc code so to eBay customers it looks like they're buying my product with xxx reviews.

I didn’t claim, or even suggest, that they were buying them from you . No, eBay can’t “lock” a listing, for the reason I already explained. They can ban an account for repeat violations, but the counterfeiter can just open another one.

Probably because ebay told the chinese sellers that this is an item that they need to "make and sell".
Sure wish someone could get a list of what they send over there for that and when. If you found out that you were on that list, then ebay is complicit in the counterfeiting.

@d-k_treasures The Asain manufactures can get the same info from third party companies that collect this info. It is not some kind of exclusive thing only eBay can supply.
You should be glad that eBay is collecting some kind of revenue so your fees are not increased. Also eBay is not giving any manufacture rights to trademarked items so not really sure why you are so stuck on this and seem to be suggesting the same?
Good Luck Selling!

Thanks everyone for the help and input.
From what I've learned so far, sellers (me) have to do the following to fight stolen images/text and fake products from listing on our product listings/upc codes/our reviews.
1) Manually view our listings daily
2) Manually report the new fake sellers to vero
3) Repeat step 1 and 2.
I'm glad I don't rely on eBay to feed my family.
Ebay clearly has some huge issues here.
Thank you

Since it's your item and you are the manufacturer, you need to sign up and become a VERO member.
Then you can nail all of the counterfeit sellers, provided ebay will actually do anything about the chinese fakes.

Ebay flat out said they give the chinese hot selling items so they can 'produce' them to sell on here.
