I am growing tired of this , a non moving metal piece with pictures is trying to be returned not as described. It is exactly as pictured I do not use stock photos . Is there a better venue to sell at ?

The only way eBay can know whether fraud has occurred is to be present and inspect the package that a buyer purchases, and to be present and inspect the package that a seller receives as a return.
Neither eBay nor any other venue can afford to do that, so the venue generally choose the side that benefits the venue the most.
The only way to avoid that is to sell on a venue that does not allow disputes, and to use a payment method that does not allow disputes. I'm not aware of any venues like that, and I doubt buyers would be terribly interested in shopping there if it exists.

He didn’t even say the item was being damaged. Seems he doesn’t want to take returns where buyers file SNAD.
Returns are a fact of life these days.

There is not a venue that will produce any type of revenue stream for you that does not have return issues.
I have more returns on the River than I do here, by a long shot.
My returns cost me about .08 per transaction. I roll that cost into other items.
