How to stop buyers from having a choice on shipping method ?

I had a buyer choose parcel select upon checkout. The box is large and heavy and do not think it qualifies for that method. I had retail ground for the method. How do you stop buyers from having choices on shipping? I only want to ship the way I choose on the listing. I checked on the shipping board and could not find a single question about this problem.

Re: How to stop buyers from having a choice on shipping method ?

Parcel Select Ground is the online equivalent of Retail Ground. Both services used to be known as Parcel Post. This is a good choice for a large, heavy package. It will be cheaper than paying for Retail Ground (which must be purchased at the Post Office counter).   Both services have a maximum size of length-plus-girth up to 130 inches, which is a larger permitted size than any other USPS service.

eBay directed you to Parcel Select Ground because you cannot purchase Retail Ground through eBay shipping labels.  eBay inaccurately uses the term "Buyer selected" even when they are directing the seller to an alternate shipping method for their eBay shipping label because the method that the buyer selected is not available through eBay shipping even though it can be offered in the listing setup. This includes not only Retail Ground but also First Class letters and flats (AKA Large envelope).

OK thanks. I was worried that the buyer would have to pay extra upon receiving the item. Good to know.
