I am selling something on ebay for the first time, the cost of shipping shown is $6, the buyer will pay, after the buyer pays, what should I do? Go to the post office and pay the shipping fees or there is an option on ebay that someone come and pick it and ship it?

Did you enter the correct weight and dimensions of the box you're going to ship in when you set up the listing?
You can buy your shipping label on Ebay, print it and stick it on the box.
No, no one will go pack it for you unless you take it somewhere to have them pack and ship for you.
If you do that, the shipping the buyer pays will not be enough to cover it.

Can I cancel the bid and the sell without any fees?

You risk your account on eBay doing that.

I see you are using Calculated shipping, based on the package dimensions and weight that you apparently entered at listing time, because $6 is the shipping charge that you would have if shipping it to someone in your local area. I am in Chicago and I see a higher charge. The eventual buyer will be charged the cost required to send it to his address, not yours.
Some other thoughts, in no particular order:
Good luck with the auction. You will be a magnet for scammers with a big-ticket item as your first sale, so please get back to us here with any other questions, especially if the buyer is making unusual requests. Ship only to the address you receive with the payment, and nowhere else. Good luck.

Gotta ask, is everything included in that 1st photo? That Tripod isn't noted in description and will bump up your shipping costs.
I really wished you hadn't listed such an expensive camera as your 1st item until you get experienced with all the aspects of packaging, shipping, buying labels etc. If you run into a snag when this auction ends come back and ask questions here, good luck to you.

You can end the auction and sell to the highest bidder though....

I am trying to end the item and sell, but it says I may be charged a fee based on the final bid, what's that?

You can cancel the bids and end the listing early, as long as the auction has more than 12 hours left --so act fast. eBay might charge you a fee as a penalty for ending an auction early, BUT IMHO this would be less painful than dealing with potential fallout from the issues with the listing's description and shipping terms. Despite the dire warning in the other post, this will not endanger your account; that could happen with a seller who has repeatedly ended listings early.

Many years ago, eBay's cancellation policy allowed sellers one free cancelation per year with no penalty fee, but that text has disappeared from the policy pages, so it's no longer clear whether you can avoid the penalty, which is equal to whatever the final value fee would have been if you had sold to the high bidder.

How much is the fee?

If you "end the item and sell," then of course you will be charged the final value fee just as you would with any sale. If you're going to do that, you might as well just let the auction run its full time. As I stated earlier, IMHO you should cancel the bids and end with no transaction.

Good grief, you started selling without investigating the fees? The final value fee in most categories is 13.25% of the buyer's total payment including shipping. You can look up your category here, but I don't see how that detail would affect your decision about what to do about your situation.

So if I cancel the bids and keep it listed for purchase, no fees?

You have had 2 bids on the item from different potential buyers. Ending an auction early and selling to the current highest bidder is not the best business practice. Let the auction run it's course it ends tomorrow and the first bidder may increase their bid.
