How to set up two stores for different locations

I spend three months in Florida every year and have a separate inventory in that location.  I've been doing "time away" from my existing store, but that limits me to auctions only for my Florida items, plus people see my away message and think there will be a delay in shipping.  Is there a way to create a second store under my account to sell my Florida inventory?  Will I need a separate subscription that I will need to pay all year long?

Yes, as second store will cost another monthly fee.

 

Consider instead of putting your store on vacation, you merely bulk edit which ever location's inventory is not available to zero quantity?  To make this easier, have at least two major store categories, one for all Florida inventory, and one for your other location.  Then if you like subcategories in each for further order.  Just make sure of course each inventory has the correct Item Location Zip Code on the listings.

All your current listings seem to be Auctions in so I don't understand your issue, just don't list the items you don't have on hand at whatever location you are currently at.

 

Your unsolds will remain available for relist for 90 days. Have your Aucxtions end a couple of days before you leave and then relist them a few days (length of an Auction 7 or 10 days) before you return from Florida.

 

FYI, you can only have one store per selling id.

You don't need a store technically.

 

You will need a another member ID.
