How to set up a pick your own card listing

I am trying to create a listing for multiple items of different players from the same set of Sportscards. I've seen many of these types of listings but do not know how to create one on my own. The best example is that I have about 150 serial numbered Prizm cards from 2021 Donruss Optic and would like to list all of them in one listing since some might only be 25 cents and others as much as maybe $50 and just have a listing title like "2021 Donruss Optic Trout Harper Tatis and many more Prizms choose your own $0.75-$50" and then when filling out the listing have that area where the customer can click on the arrow to see all available items and choose which ones they want and it also shows when the item has been purchased because it is a dull grey color and says sold out next to it. I know this probably sounds like a stupid question to those that have had eBay business accounts for a long time but I just recently switched from the personal account I have been selling from for over 10 years to a business one and I have so many cards that on their own aren't worth listing but if I can make a complete your set or choose your cards listing it would help me sell hundreds of serial numbered cards as well as hundreds of relic cards and even autograph cards from all of the Leaf Perfect Game boxes of 50 autos each that I have dozens of going back to 2016 especially since most of those kids never get past college and only about 5% end up being drafted at all but theres still family friends and fans of the schools they attended who would be interested but it would be insane to list each one separately especially since I only have so many listings I can create each month since my business account is only a couple of months old. If anyone out there has experience in setting up these listings and are willing to help teach me by explaining step by step how to create a listing like this I would be forever indebted to you. Thank you

How to set up a pick your own card listing

This is by far the most helpful answer I've found. I went through 3 other eBay community chats and a reddit thread, all those gave some confusing answers. This was so simple haha Thank You!!

Just a warning, variation listings are a nightmare to manage and most buyers ignore them completely due to the fact that most of the time when you click on one you will find that the item you want is either sold out or priced poorly. After enough of that most buyers just start ignoring them in favor of sellers who just list every card as a separate listing.

I am a card specialist and I quit using them several years ago.
