If you cannot attach a photo/video to the ebay message then you likely can not.
However, I can tell you FOR SURE how NOT to do it. Do not text, or give out any of your personal information, such as e-mail address or phone number. Should a buyer request this....i.e. "send me a video to xxxxx" it is a scam. As much as you want to have a 'sale' you will NOT get one from this activity.
You are a newbie seller. the first line scammers will likely be on you like white on rice for a while.
Read here and educate yourself about the "text me (email me, call me, send photos)" scammers and their cousins the "change the address" scammers. These are the easiest to avoid so long as you know what to look out for.
