Here's how to set up a listing in "Variations" format. Use variations within one listing for different sizes and colors of the same style. If you have different styles you should set up a separate listing for each style. Remember that many buyers shop by just looking at the gallery image, so you might consider having separate listings for different colors of the same style, and use variations just for the different sizes.
@nobody*s_perfectgave good advice. Beyond that, definitely consider going through eBay Academy and make sure you understand all of the rules and fee structure, etc. It takes some time but will save you headaches in the long run.
