Hi I am the seller and the buyer never received her earrings - I gave her the option of a refund or another pair of earrings.
She wanted another pair similar - I said it would take a few weeks to get a pair similar but I would send a pair to her in the mean time - to also
keep. Just before I sent them I asked her to send her address again which she did - it had more information Street +number than the ebay
mailing address ( probably why it didnt arrive ). I sent two earring pair but they are still to arrive. Apart from contacting the buyer how do I contact ebay - there is no where to respond - #5163833586 they just say it is pending and they will make a decision soon - what do I do !!
She is complaining I have done nothing to help her. I have found it very hard to respond to these complaints to ebay.

As a seller, You need to follow ebay policies to avoid a undesirable outcome.
Was the item shiped with tracking?
You then shipped a gift pair of earings to a address different from the buyer address on record with ebay?
Pending & ebay will make a decision soon. Your buyer appears to have opened a case.

OP is in Australia - shwe doesn't say where the buyer is.

You do need to respond to ebay ASAP, do not hesitate and wait.
