How to resond to a bizarre question from buyer

I sold a brand new 4 disc movie set on Blu-ray to a buyer. He sent me this question today.

"Well that sucks. On disc 4 you have to watch a long crap Simpson's then Marvel **bleep** that you can't skip or fast forward for 5 full minutes
What kind of crap is that"

Maybe I am overthinking this, but I do not know how to respond without sounding rude. I get it that unskippable commercials are not fun, but since I do not work for the movie studio that made the decision to include unskippable commercials on the disc, what the heck am I supposed to do about it? I thought about sympathizing with him, but then I thought that may lead to him asking for a refund, which I do not want the hassle of denying, which could leave to negative feedback.  Anyone have a wise way to respond to this question?

That requires no response.  It's not really a question

It would a commercial break to get a snack or more wine to drink while movie is in play.

No reply to buyer.

Feedback....well...you can always. ask for a revision from buyer in 30 days. And you can always leave a nice polite feedback to his feedback.

If you must respond:

"Greetings and thank you for you're communication,

I've not watched the (whatever) DVD Set personally nor am I the producer or publisher of the set.  Now everything in streaming media is chock full of commercial after commercial as well it sure can be frustrating!  But sellers and viewers dont have much control over how products or services create things albeit we probably should."

Sincerely,
  XYZ

Hi Ben

Most likely you are dealing with someone who is somewhat young or lives to complain about things.  Leave it alone as others have suggested.  Congrats on your sale!

Old people don't like commercials either, so it's not because of their age.

True, but we are considerably less likely to complain to the seller about it, as though it were his fault, or to curse if we do.   I agree with ckimodog that a young person wrote that.  Not that it matters, but "just for the record."  👵

You are not obliged to reply, and I would not reply at all.  It never pays to get into a back-and-forth with a rude and irrational person.

Since the buyer has not opened a case against you, do nothing.
