How to report a listing

I reported a racist listing and was emailed that it didn't violate policies. Then I called and had a human look at it last week. It still is up. I am usually like "live and let live" but this is a disgusting racist listing, no grey area. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to share the listing number but we would happy to if allowed.

I'm not sure why Ebay thinks this is ok. How can I get them to take it down?

I don't think their AI is looking for it.

Ebay's AI doesn't catch phone numbers, website and email addresses in user profiles and some listings -  things that cost ebay money and enable scammers -  so I don't believe they have attempted to use AI for much of anything helpful.

AI might have caught it if had been spelled with "er" on the end rather than "a"

Exactly, because the "a" spelling is common in entertainment merchandise like Hip Hop albums.

Look right below where she has "blued" out the item number.  It's disgusting.
