Hope you are well now I am writing this post for new sellers who get negative feedback on eBay's new account. But not know how to remove it without involving eBay. It is easy first of all to fulfill your buyer satisfaction as the buyer wants if any issue arises during eBay shipping, quality, and something else then you give good quality service. 

 

Again ship your product if the delivered buyer product is to the wrong address, when you place the product send a humble message to revise your feedback. If this time your buyer is satisfied then they revise your feedback.

 

These points are very important for satisfied to your buyer: 

  • Chose better quality product
  • Chose Good courier service
  • Low pricing
  • Quick reply
  • Product picture is same as you delivered your product
  • Product description

From your feedback it seems you have had problems shipping the correct items order and shipping items to the correct address.  I'm unsure how that happens so many times.  Shipping to the wrong address simply shouldn't happen if you are shipping to the address on the payment notification.  If you are choosing some other address, where are you getting it from?

 

Are you drop shipping?  If so if it is your vendor making these mistakes, you need a better vendor.

I already removed 3 negative feedbacks by giving satisfaction to our buyers

When a buyer leaves negative FB, about the only way to get it removed does involve eBay.  (Have no idea where you got your information, but, looking at your FB record, it is not working.)

What you need to do is attempt to fix the problem.  If/when you have fixed it to the satisfaction of the buyer, you can ask the buyer if you can send him a Feedback Revision Request form.

I’m sorry I’m not buying it, you have 7 neutral and 3 negatives, your theory doesn’t work very well does it? 
One point you missed, 

Actually ship the item your buyer paid for.

That is great.  But they likely would have been much happier if they had gotten what they ordered and paid for the first time around.

Everything on the site in some way involves Ebay as it is their site.  But as far as getting a FB removed or changed, the buyer and seller can work on that together.  The seller can send the buyer a FB revision form and the buyer can use that to revise their feedback.  The only involvement Ebay has in that process is to send the email to the buyers with the FB revision form in it.

 

With that said, sellers have access to only a certain amount of these forms.  This seller is likely running very low on the ability to send the revision form by now.

In the case of unfair feedback or comments that violate policy then Ebay can be asked to remove the feedback altogether. Its true that the seller can also ask the buyer to revise their feedback if the problem has been worked out.

According to the OPs feedback page they have already burned 3 feedback revision requests so it looks like they have only 2 left at the present time. In the past month they have 2 more Neutrals and 1 more Neg so it looks like they may have to be careful about how they use their 2 remaining revision requests. If they are really in Pakistan but shipping out of Plainfield Illinois (according to the listings I see) then it sounds like the OP might be using a dropshipper that is not paying attention to detail when it comes to shipping.
