How to remove negative comment from seller?

I don't actually see any false positive complaints - but I am not versed in all the languages presented on your feedback page. If they have left a false positive - then call Ebay and have a CS rep remove it.

If you can't call, contact eBay on Facebook to have any negative comments removed from your buyer account.

Under feedback left for others the buyer left a negative for a seller and the seller left a comment on the neg.

Why didn't that negative show.

Sorry this happened to you.  Some sellers may not be aware of policy or may disregard it.

If the seller left you a negative comment disguised as a positive, you can call Ebay CS, explain the comment, and ask them to remove it.  They will and the seller will get a violation of their account.  They may receive an education message from Ebay as to procedure.

No worries, you can get this removed, and again, sorry this happened to you.

your seller would need to send you a revision request.Only revise if your issue was resolved to your satisfaction.do not remove if seller just promises to resolve issue when you remove the negative

According to the OP, the negative comment is from the seller, not the buyer.

When you left the negative for the seller, ebay allows the seller to respond, right or wrong. I don't think there is anything you can do.
