How to remove excluded countries from listings while there are 0 excluded countries in my preference

All my shipping policies and other stuff seems to be in place and yet all my listings show I have all the countries excluded.

Please help

eBay has been adding their own exclusions for the past week, there is no way to remove them.

The list showing on yours seems to be a bit longer than the ones showing on mine but perhaps that is because of your Item Location.

I don't know why eBay has done this, the list makes no sense, it includes countries where there are problems and countries where there are very little if any problems with postal deliveries. In any event there are other ways of shipping that don't involve the major carriers and I don't need eBay making these decisions for me as they lack any real experience in  logistics.

Postal service is cancelled in many countries. You don't want to remove them, you can't ship there. In Canada if you ship to one of the 70 countries on the list, they will return your parcel to sender without refunding your postage.
