I had a customer leave a nasty feedback before he even contacted me to talk about it. He was unhappy with the packing of his item and he complained about that and the cost of shipping in the feedback. I contacted him and we resolved the issue to his satisfaction. he said he would remove the feedback but Ebay wasn't letting him do it easily. I contacted ebay and they said they would help him with a feedback revision. nothing has happened. I have no way to call ebay and ask to talk with a person for help. Any ideas? Thanks

Little chuckle sorry, I've seen nasty vile feedback and yours is not one of them.
It's a positive fb, I believe it doesn't qualify for a revision, but you can leave a followup reply stating you worked it out. I agree with you, if he had something to say about shipping why didn't he just message you?
I will say this about your buyer, he has great taste in music! Don't worry about this to much, it's still a positive!

Since your only Neutral is also about packing, I would reply to it. Usually, I wouldn't but would to set the Record straight - you have 500 characters to explain what happened.
"We pack carefully to withstand the rigors of USPS shipping & only learned of the arrived condition from this Feedback. Prompt discussion with Buyer and total overall order satisfaction was achieved - We like a Happy Buyer and appreciate the Order with Us!

I see little good these new 500 character feedbacks accomplish other than to hurt sellers in a new way. A positive doesn't normally stand out, but ones that go on and on certainly do. So now we are hurt even with positives and it gives buyers a new way to "work" things out. I'm glad that at least feedbacks aren't counted against us in metrics.

Nobody reads positive feedback.
When I look at a seller I go see what people are complaining about. Usually about half of those can be dismissed, but if multiple people complain about item quality then I don't buy.
