How to print zone chart? Rate charts for UPS, USPS, FEDEX?

when setting up a new item to sell would like to calculate freight rate.  

Easiest way would be to have the various rates to compare - Priority mail vs. Flat rate box, etc.

How can i print rate charts to have at my fingertips?

Here is the USPS rate chart that we created and use.  This is for USPS Commercial Base ... eBay gives a 3% discount on these rates if you are TRS or have sufficient sales volume:
