I don't know what that is.  Do you have more details?  Can you give us a screen shot of where you were charged that or if you got an email about it, copy it here but black out any personal info.

Are you seeing the charge on your payment source (credit card, bank)? Or are you seeing the charge on eBay on your Payments > Transactions page @mip_usa ?

"Account Analysis" sounds like a third party service, not eBay.

I would check with your bank. Usually means you exceeded the number of transactions for your business account type.

You should research what that App does.  You would have had to sign up for it or your account would not get charged.  If it is something you don't want.  Then close your account so you don't have to pay for it anymore.
