How to offer a specific dollar amount for buying multiple items

I have a lot listing with multiple figures available, and I want to offer a specific $$ discount -EG $5 off if you buy 3  or more. 

However the only volume listing I see available is offering a specific % discount.

I've seen other sellers with discounts like the kind I'm looking to offer, how do I set that up?
