Did you mean:

How to make the buyers READ your product description & Terms??????

I know... everyone is using their cell phones to buy off of eBay now... but it seems that NO ONE is actually reading the full item description anymore - then complaining because what they bought (exactly as carefully described) didn't match what they 'assumed' - because they obviously NEVER read your full description!

I'm actually starting to beg now, at the top of my listings, for buyers to READ the full description... but the stupid entitled Karen's won't!  I've had more return requests the last 3 months than in my last 20 total years combined!  I state no returns on all of my sales to reduce some of this, but the Karen's don't care and file claims anyway - which eBay will always approve 😕

How can we fix this?

/know your metas: Karen

Why is every reply and even the original post edited by a mod?

Did every single reply contain something inappropriate?

I suspect the thread title had something objectionable that was redacted, so now every single post carrying the thread title through has the 'mod' widget. Probably the "Karen", if I recall.

I think you're right although it's a bit of an odd thing to edit.

It all seems a bit heavy handed at times. Even by today's thin skinned standards.

I think most buyers go through the all of the images. So you can inform the important points as a image. This is only a suggestion

Agree with the heavy hand, but in this case don't think it came along with thin skinned - I get the feeling the board mod knocked it out because it was a person's name (despite the name having been turned into a hokey meme), and there's a ruling for redacting personal information such as names, phone #'s, etc.  Probably a "just by the book thing".

What gets me is all kinds of threads being sent to never never land so half the time I don't know where I am if I try to help someone.
