How to make listings show in search after making Out-of-Stock option enable

Hi, 

When we enable Out-of-stock option and Quantity hit Zero it hides listings from eBay search so my question is, is there any way that my listings still show in search as Out of stock in eBay search?

No, that's the whole point of the out of stock option: Hiding a listing with zero available.   

Out of stock listings will still show up on a member's Watch list, and of course anything can show up in a Google search.
