Hello,
I saw on some Ebay postings that you are able to create categories within your listing that give it different options.
For example, if I am selling 10 different design coasters - you can set these categories within your listing and allow the buyer to choose which designs he/she wants and the categories can be. Do I need to be verified to do this? Does it cost money?
I also made a post asking how to make a minimum buy - such as you need to buy atleast 2 coasters. Am I able to do a minimum buy + having different design categories in my listing?

You're looking for Multi-Variation Listings. And no, you can't do a minimum buy. You would just make this listing and sell it as a pair of coasters rather than just 1.

To use the variations option you must set up a fixed price listing using the Advanced version of the listing tool (sometimes called the business tool). The "Variations" option isn't available in every category:
