How to list two items, one price, yet allow to be bought separately

Are they the same "type" of item?  If yes, you can do a variation listing, with a price for each item.  Your buyer can purchase 1 or both and you have can a shipping rule for that listing that modifies the shipping should both sell to the same buyer.

you means selling 2 items in one listing？ And allow buyer to select 2 single options？

Click the 'Create Variation'  when you creating a new listing

Use this link for reference on a variation listing.  They can be a little tricky to set up if you have not ever done one.

Only some items have variations avl.  It's meant for things like clothing, where the item is essentially the same, but different colors or different sizes.  Not meant for 2 completely different items.  

If the items are EXACTLY the same, you would just do a regular listing & give it a quantity of 2.  Then people can choose to buy either 1 or 2.  

If they are materially different, then you must do 2 different listings.
