How to list an item

Well hi everyone. 

I'm new to ebay and I want to sell two items. I pressed "Sell an item" and then filled up all the details about the product. Then at the end of the page It showed me the option to "List an item" and preview how the page will look. I first previewed it and then clicked on the List an item option. It showed me I need to sign in so I signed in and then it ended . It didn't show me any "your item has been listed" message or anything just got back to the home page. now whenever I watch my profile it shows me the drafts of the product without an option to list them. Please help me how can I publish them.

What does it do when you click on complete my draft or the arrow next to more actions?

Well it gets me to the page where you edit its details. Then again in the end of the page it shows list item but it does nothing. when i click on more actions it shows me delete and edit note. Please help me i can't seem to find any solution

Have you cleared cookies and cache or tried a different browser?

@yahav_n What happens when you click on "complete draft" and look your draft over and then hit "list item"?  Are you saying you are unable to do this.  It should work as you are signed in now.  Take these exact steps then come back and tell us what it says.
