I have chosen not to opt into managed payments yet as I'm told pornography is not allowed after you opt in. Thing is, it won't let me list anything until I opt into managed payments.
How are people continuing to list pornography? I go to the adult section and there are new listings every couple of minutes.
I need to sell items to put food on the table, I have over 1000+ adult items that I still need to list and I need to know how since other people have obvious figured it out.

Ebay doesn't care about "food on the table" unless it's THEIR food and THEIR table.

I am in MP and have an adult item in the everything else category.

The matter is not what you want to sell. It is that you either sign up for Managed Payments or go away. It is only a matter of time before you are shut down.

You need to sign up for MP.
And then list your items in the Everything Else > Adult Only category.

Managed Payments opened up to adult material a few weeks ago. So, sign up for Managed Payments and start listing.

I should add: Make sure you are familiar with the rules for adult material before listing any of it.

Managed payment isn't something you opt in or opt out of. You must sign up for MP if you wish to continue selling here.
There was early talk about not being able to sell adult items under MP, but that never happened.
Sign up for MP and continue selling your adult items.
Got anything in the gay truckers genre? 😉

inhawaii,
Just to be clear, Adult Material, like coins, could not be sold by those in Managed Payments until recently. I think there are still some things---gift cards, maybe?---that are not covered by Managed Payments. But, as I had posted on the Payments Board a week or two ago, Adult Material is now covered by MP (as are coins, which were added a little while back).
So, yes, the OP really needs to sign up for MP, preferably ASAP if he or she wants to continue selling here.

I have the same problem. I use POD, Printify print on demand service, already have an MP and still, I’m not able to list adult design mercy. Printify puts out a message stating that this title may be in violation of eBay’s policy. Still don't understand what to do.
Help!

Hmm the rules of eBay known and unknown are totally against you.
You do not need to figure it out and get caught as other do bypassing the rules and regs.
oh And feel free to report the other listing you find.

Printify is NOT ebay.
Printify does NOT own ebay.
Therefore, whatever Printify puts on their site or their listing means ABSOLUTELY nothing.

@stainlessenginecovers yes, of course Printify doesn’t own eBay but, Printify doesn’t allow you to publish adult listings and pass through eBay. That’s the problem.

Not eBay's problem it would be that other place.

Yes, but I fear that 2021 banning of adult section is taking place. So, I’m going to try listing directly on eBay. Let’s see what happens.
