How to leave feedback one month later

I sold something a month ago and realized I never left feedback. I've gone back and tried several different ways to find where to leave it but am having no luck. The sale was great, no problems but I just overlooked this and would like to correct it. Any suggestions?

Hi @gooseberrygoods

You should be able to leave feedback for 60 days after the date of sale.  [There's often reports of 'glitches', however.]  Have you tried leaving it from the Leave feedback link in your Feedback Profile

[It's possible the buyer purchased the item as a 'Guest' ... OR has closed their account.]

Forget about it as it is not that important.

Re: How to leave feedback one month later

Here's the direct link to leave feedback for all eligible items:

https://www.ebay.com/fdbk/leave_feedback

If the items not there you probably already left it or it's too late

No, I can't get it. They are registered, and weren't a guest, and I know it was there, but now not. I can leave a reply but nothing else. Frustrating.

I know there are soooo many who don't leave it and it becomes a farce, but this buyer actually gave me feedback promptly and I'd like to reciprocate.

How does not leaving feedback become a "farce"?

You know it's optional/voluntary not mandatory/required, right?

@gooseberrygoods
Well, you still have about a month to leave it ... in case it's a glitch.

In the meantime ... you can try leaving it using a different browser OR leaving it from the eBay Canada website:  www.ebay.ca/

Good luck!

Re: How to leave feedback one month later

The farce is that some do it and others don't and you end up with a skewed system. It should be required. And yes I do know it's not mandatory. But as someone who uses reviews a lot to guide me in purchasing things I find comments and review very helpful.

ALL buyers get nothing but positive so the reviews for buyers really mean nothing. You would never know if you have a good buyer or a bad buyer. It ends up being a skewed system anyway.

Re: How to leave feedback one month later

Requiring feedback from buyers would result in more negatives than you currently get.  Many people will stay quiet about a problem or seek to resolve it with you directly instead of leaving feedback when it's optional, but would feel "forced" to give negative even if you've resolved the issue if they still felt it was a poor experience.

Requiring feedback from sellers is a waste because as @coolections noted, you can only leave positive feedback for buyers.
