So I have an issue with a buyer that keeps creating new accounts and bids on items with the intention of NOT paying. This person has done it to many other sellers on Ebay.
What I want to know is how do you leave feedback(I know you can only leave positive)and warn others that this person is a non-paying scam bidder. I've seen a couple of their accounts with feedback saying "non-paying bidder" or "caution buyer does not pay!" I'd like to do the same but how do I go about it?
Thanks!

You can reach out to e-Bay on social media and give them all the IDs and they will research it and take action if they find them linked.
eBay for Business (facebook.com)
On the landing page there is a "message" button in the upper right hand side. Send them a private message with your user ID, email and a brief summary of what occurred. We have had success with them routing a string of IDs to e-Bay T&S and while they will not "tell" you anything, our situation stopped. Good luck!!

You can't leave FB for a transaction that is cancelled. You are letting these time out after 4 days and having e-Bay cancel the transaction and give the buyer a strike, correct?
It is against e-Bay FB policy to leave negative remarks for a Buyer with a green donut. E-Bay frowns on "warning" other Sellers as you describe and if the Buyer reports you, e-Bay will remove the FB and discipline you as a Seller. What does that accomplish anyway? Just makes you look bad to your potential buyers.

The answer is very simple - you don't try to do that because it is against eBay policy. You can't use positive feedback to "warn" others.
Even if sellers did have a way to warn others about a buyer, those buyers would simply spend a few seconds getting a new email address and wiping the slate clean.
And when they created that new account not only would your "warning" be gone, but the buyer would also shed any nonpayment strikes they had, and bypass any blocked buyer lists they were on.

Yes I let the auctions time out and let Ebay do the rest.
The person has zero feedback and has done this to my same auction 4 times now. Haven't been able to sell my item in over a month. I know I can list it as a "Buy it now" to avoid the scammer but was thinking I could get more using the auction style. That's fine I won't leave the warning but this is getting a bit ridiculous.

Yeah I guess it's a no win situation there.

It seems to me the multiple auction results on the Transformers already tell you exactly what they are worth. Just put them up buy it now for that price and they will sell eventually, and not to your super-fan.

If you block buyers with two strikes in the past year then this non-payer would not be able to not pay more than twice.
If you blocked this specific user after the first non-payment they would not be able to do it again never mind 4 times.
In addition to blocking if you are sure this is the same user over and over you should be using the "report a buyer" button as well.
If this is about the Transformers, now you have a pretty good idea of what the going price is just switch it up to Fixed Price and maybe add a few Dollars to the price.
Of course they could just open a new id.........

Yeah that's pretty much the only choice to rid myself of this scammer.

Yeah as others have mentioned, the buy it now route would be best if I want to avoid scammers.

Just curious whether you selected that post as the solution or whether an eBay employee chose it for you?

Just remember to add the Immediate Payment Required to the Fixed price [BIN] listing.
@pburn I don't think eBay employees can mark as Solution - can they ???? Hope not, talk about overstepping!

How do you know it's the same person using different accounts?
