You are breaking the laws in your country by selling on eBay and accepting Paypal - Sri Lankan government laws forbid Paypal for incoming funds, so this may also be true for other processors that eBay are using now. My understanding is that individuals can not receive foreign funds. You will need to find out the laws in your country and what they allow before proceeding or you may find yourself in a bit of trouble

All the traffic in the world isn't going to help, you need a way to be paid.

You know your country doesn't allow you to receive money through Pay Pal.

2.  Stand or block street with whatever means available.

3.  Soon, there will be increased traffic.
