How to increase the impression count in an eBay account

I am practicing eBay since last year & already uploaded/Listed 250+ items. But unfortunately, the impression count is not increased as a usual pattern. I would like to know what tips to follow to improve impression as well as sales conversion.

i have using a new tactic to increase the visibility of my listings at my store.
it's by listing 1-3 listings in ebay canadian version (ebay.ca)
Go and list 1 item at ebay canadian version (ebay.ca)
1- Sign in at ebay.ca , you don't need to create a new ebay account, you will sign in at ebay.ca via your current account in ebay.com
2- then create a new business policy there (Payment policy - Shipping policy - Return policy) and make sure that you put the shipping cost & listing price in Canadian dollars (CAD) , 1.00 US Dollar = 1.27 canadian dollar.
3- Finally list 1 item at your ebay.ca seller account, and make sure you promote it by (Promoted Listings).

This trick worked with me, and still working.
Don't think if you listing items at ebay.ca the visitors of your listings are canadian only, your listings will showing up at ebay.com too
The thing is when you start listing at ebay.ca, they will consider you as a new seller which will give your listings a big boost.
*Remember, make sure that you add your ebay's store link in the listing description to encourage the visitors to watching your other items.

You are dropshipping from China along with other sellers dropshipping the same item. 

You're selling an olive oil spray bottle as an example, and there are 1,500 listed. Yours sells for $17.85 plus .95 shipping. When I search olive oil spray bottle eBay shows them Best Match. Right away I see one for $6.99 free shipping and one for $7.95 free shipping, both shipped from the US and delivered in less than a week. Your delivery time is 2-5 weeks. 

There's  no way I'd click on your item being there are identical cheaper ones delivered faster.

Don't worry so much about impressions...sales should be your goal.  Perhaps you should lower your prices as you have lots of competition with other vendors selling the same items.  Good luck.
