Its been almost a year and sales are not happening even not a single sale.
I used "Promoted listings" and apply trending rates and update it also if there are any changes but still no sales, and it should be showing as "Sponsored listing"
Please guide me as I have no sales for a long time.
Thank you.

You're dropshipping the same stuff that a 100 other dropshippers are selling, except they have you beat on price.

Your GT300 car camera at $22 is available from dozens of other sellers for under $13.
You are being undersold by almost half.
Your Samsung 64GB EVO micro SD card at $32 is available from dozens of other sellers for under $15. You are being undersold by almost half.
Sometimes the reason no one buys an item is simply because no one wants to buy it.

Ebay is a brand-centric platform, and you are selling primarily unbranded items, making it difficult for buyers to locate your specific listings in an ocean of competition. I would reverse engines and start by selling items you currently own but no longer need. You need to get a feel for the platform and how to sell here. That means keeping track of the competition's pricing. And/or offering items for sale that are unique enough that buyers are attracted to your listings.
I just noticed you are in Egypt. That puts a different spin on things. Is there something you can source locally that would interest American buyers? Because drop-shipping the same items as lots of others is not the answer to success here.
Why are you auctioning the web traffic item at one cent with free shipping? I see you have a one cent bid.

Ebay has been cutting down the visibility for those that are dropshipping.
